Decade Concert

Kayla had a choir concert tonight.  We've been going to these for years and I will have to say that this was my favorite one.  They did their traditional pieces, then they did songs through the decades.
From "We Go Together" Shalmada, landa, shoobops, to "Holding Out for a Hero"

And ending with the senior stuff.  It was enjoyed by parents and friends.  Wow was it a good one.

Kayla's friend Julie sang a song from her native Austria and it was amazing.  These girls are fun and have had a great time getting to know each other.  Kayla would like to visit Austria when she gets out of school next year.  Hmm, we shall see.

  2. I love those school concerts. This sounds like a particularly good one! I really like when they do music from different eras.
